Our sessions are intense but fun, and players are encouraged to support each other, express themselves and be brave on the ball.
LBP provides a positive, respectful and creative environment for our coaches to work in. And we are fully committed to their continuing professional development. We deliver a LBP-specific programme of CPD events, Mentoring and Coaching resources. And we make financial contributions to their ongoing learning.
Our coaches always ask the question: how can this activity be better? How can it achieve more? How can it have more positive outcomes, for more players?
We don’t have lines of players without a ball or make decisions on their behalf, particularly during game-play. We do encourage creativity and flair, play through the thirds, create intensity, give the players ownership – and have fun!
